Information we collect
Early-access and contact forms collect name, work email, optional organization, assessment interest, authorization status, request details, and optional marketing preference. Privacy and vulnerability forms collect the fields shown there. Do not provide credentials, source code, sensitive test data, identity documents, or unnecessary personal information.
How we use it
We use submissions to evaluate and respond to the stated request, operate the pre-release program, prevent misuse, keep an internal request record, and send product updates only when separately selected. We do not sell submissions or use this website to train AI models.
Storage, providers, and access
Submissions are stored in the website host’s private structured database. The hosting provider also processes ordinary network and server data needed to deliver and protect the site. Authorized project operators can access requests. No email-delivery service, payment processor, analytics platform, advertising network, file store, or model provider is configured for these forms.
Cookies and local storage
Loki AI does not set nonessential analytics or advertising cookies and does not store form data in browser storage. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security or access technology to operate the site. Because no optional cookies are loaded by Loki AI, there is no decorative cookie banner.
Retention and deletion
Requests are retained while they remain useful for review, response, pre-release administration, security, or legal recordkeeping, then deleted when no longer needed. We do not promise a fixed period that is not technically enforced. You may request access, correction, objection, or deletion through the privacy-request form. We may need proportionate verification before acting.
Your choices and international access
Marketing updates are optional and separate from the request. Privacy rights vary by location; we will evaluate requests under applicable law. The site is internet-accessible and the domain does not establish the operator’s legal entity, governing jurisdiction, or data location. Those operator details must be finalized before public commercial launch.
Contact
Use the working privacy-request form. No unverified email address, physical office, privacy officer, representative, or regulator contact is claimed on this site.
